Our expertise comes from over 25 years in the catering industry including the Catering Manager position held at The Harbour Heights Hotel for over 4 years, as well as a further 15 years in departments of other larger Hotels such as The Marsham Court and the then 5* Royal Bath Hotel.
Throughout the past 15 years, we have provided mobile BBQ services in a variety of locations from private homes to Kingston Lacey House and the biggest BBQ open to the public held by Brain Whiteside on Poole Quay.
Over 95% of our business comes from ‘word of mouth’ recommendation, so whatever the size of your event may be, you can look forward to the same careful preparation, quality service and high standards.

We are proud to offer exceptionally high levels of customer service. Our staff are smart and professional and any event we cater for will include the attendance of the Managing Proprietor to insure everything runs smoothly.
We are covered by fully comprehensive public liabilty insurance and delivery the BBQ and equipment FREE of charge (within a 20 mile radius) the day prior to the event, to ensure all runs smoothly on the day itself. In addition we also offer a full range of sauces and dips and hire of solid cutlery and plates as standard.
